Link Legal partnered with IDEX Legal for the 4th Edition of LawServ Delhi held on 8th August 2019 at The Oberoi, Gurgaon.

The Firm hosted interactive theatre sessions at LawServ Delhi on the below subjects –

• GC’s Role in Ensuring an Efficient and Cost-effective Arbitration led by Mr. Atul Sharma, Managing Partner and Mr. Abhishek Sharma, Partner

• Demystifying the M&A Maze in India led by Mr. Manish Gupta, Partner, Mr. Anuj Trivedi, Partner and Mr. Milind Jha, Partner

Well attended by leading industry experts and top professionals from the legal fraternity, the sessions provided in-depth insights and discussed the role of General Counsel in ensuring effective and efficient arbitration ,as well as imparted key thoughts and ideas on recent trends, legal and regulatory changes, issues and best practices around M&A.

The event also presented the 'IDEX Showstopper Debate', where in Mr. Atul Sharma, Managing Partner was a panelist sharing his expert views on the topic "To what extent are legal departments the biggest competitive threat to Indian law firms today?". Some of the other panelists included Ms. Ojasvita Srivastava (Legal Counsel – Guam & Papua New Guinea G4S Asia Pacific), Mr. Anupam Sharan (VP Legal – Genpact India Pvt Ltd.), Ms. Neharika Srivastava (Director Legal – Aon Hewitt), etc.
