Link Legal India Law Services initiates Business Circle Breakfast Seminar focusing on Arbitration

As a part of our “Thought Leadership” initiative, Link Legal has initiated a series of breakfast session seminars focusing on Arbitration. First session of the series was recently organized at the Firm’s Delhi office on the topic “Selection of Arbitrator(s)”. Mr. Atul Sharma, Managing Partner, Mr. Martin Harman, CBE, Chair International Business and Mr. Abhishek Sharma, Partner were the experts from Link Legal who shared their insights at the discussion.

The discussion revolved around approaches of arbitrator, criticalities to choose the right arbitrator, selection process, factors to be considered while appointing an arbitrator etc.
