Link Legal in association with National Company Law Tribunal and Appellate Tribunal BAR Association (“NCLT & AT BAR”) organized the Launch of Hyderabad Chapter of NCLT & AT BAR and Knowledge sharing session on “Insolvency & Restructuring” at The Trident Hotel, Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad on 1st September 2017.

Hon’ble Mr Justice Suresh Kumar Kait, Judge, High Court of Hyderabad was the chief guest and shared his insights on “Insolvency & Restructuring”. Members from NCLT and AT BAR comprising Mr. Virender Ganda, Senior Advocate and President, NCLT & AT Bar, Hon’ble Mr. Ravikumar Duraisamy, Technical Member, NCLT & AT Bar, Mr. Rakesh Kumar, Advocate and Secretary from NCLT & AT BAR and Mr Vipul Ganda, Advocate, Joint Secretary of NCLT & AT BAR who is recently engaged with Link Legal as Counsel, Restructuring & Insolvency Practice, joined the event and addressed the audience.

Link Legal, in furtherance of its “thought leadership initiatives”, organized a knowledge sharing session on “Insolvency and Restructuring – Practice, Regulatory and Adjudicatory Trends” where expert speakers from the Firm took sessions and educated the audience. Hon’ble Mr. Ravikumar Duraisamy, Technical Member, NCLT chaired this Technical Session. The session was very interactive with delegates raising a lot of questions to the Panel which was answered profoundly.

Over 120 delegates attended the event representing different companies from various sectors. The evening session ended with Networking Dinner and Cocktails where all the delegates and dignitaries gathered and connected.
