The National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE), organises a Familiarisation Programme at the Arbitration centers at Lucknow and Kanpur on November 30, 2017 for the Arbitrators of NSE.

Our Senior Corporate Partner, Mr. Vijai Mathur was invited by NSE to conduct a session on “Arbitration mechanism under the NSE Regulations and the issues arising out of unauthorized trades done by the Trading members of NSE”. Mr. Mathur shared his experiences on arbitration mechanism under the NSE Regulations and also suggested various measures which may be taken to reduce Un-authorised Trading by the members.
