As part of the Globalaw Asia Pacific Regional Meeting, Link Legal India Law Services organized a Bankers Forum wherein the discussions revolved around the newly notified Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code which involved participation from the following eminent bankers as Panellists: Damini Marwah, General Counsel, Axis Bank. Rajesh Talwatkar, Head – Litigations, L&T Financial Services Group. K. Selvaraj, Legal Head for Commercial & Wholesale Banking, IDFC Bank Limited.

This session was followed by a question and answer session wherein the above panellists answered various queries raised by the attendees including the international lawyers. There was an excellent exchange of thoughts across various jurisdictions between the above panellists and the international lawyers and the efforts of Link Legal India Law Services in getting such an excellent panel of bankers was well appreciated.
