Vinu Peter Immanuel

He has more than fifteen (15) years of experience. His practice area includes representing clients in assignments relating to cross-border and domestic mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital transactions. He represents both domestic and overseas clients from various industry sectors including defence, e-commerce, energy, fin-tech, healthcare, hospitality, IT & ITES, manufacturing, real property, etc.

He actively participates in business strategy evolution and formulation process with clients, vis-à-vis their new ventures and business initiatives and has advised in establishing, operationalization and implementation of the business strategies of the clients.

He also regularly advises clients on complex and general corporate commercial issues, regulatory, compliance and corporate governance issues as well as drafting and reviewing commercial contracts.

Prior to joining Link Legal, he was a Principal Associate at Kochhar & Co.

He is a Member of the State Bar Counsel of Tamil Nadu.
