He is a member of Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa, India, Bombay High Court and Supreme Court. He also has Membership in The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (“CIA”) (London), Indian Merchant’s Chamber (“IMC”) (India) and Indo-China Chamber of Commerce.

He handles the most complex litigation and arbitration briefs involving corporate & commercial laws, IPR, employment & labour laws, criminal and regulatory issues. He has extensive experience in labour & criminal matters. He advises and represents corporate clients on matters related to workmen, contract labours, unions and lock outs and has procured effective injunctory relief against illegal strikes and demonstrations. His criminal law experience covers varied areas such as food laws, telecom, legal metrology, commercial laws, IPR and local State Laws involving penal action.

He has to his credit a landmark Mareva injunction obtained from the Hon’ble High Court of Bombay to protect the data collected by an ex-employee of a pharmaceutical company. He provides clients with swift strategies and effective solutions on their legal disputes. He appears before Courts and Tribunals on behalf of clients in the Energy, FMCG, financial banking pharmaceutical, chemical and infrastructure sectors. He also assists large domestic and international corporates as well as Consulates of Italy, South Africa and China in risk management and dispute resolution.
