Sayantani Dutta

A graduate of the 2006 Batch from the National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata, Sayantani is a legal professional with over 16 years of post-qualification experience, who advises both investors and companies in transactions in all stages of a company’s growth cycle, from seed funding to growth and finally, accessing public funds or exit through strategic sales. 

Sayantani has advised clients in accessing public and investor funds through domestic and offshore issuances both on the equity and debt side. She is also experienced in the establishment of offshore and onshore investment funds of varying sizes.

Sayantani is registered with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.

Prior to joining Link Legal, Sayantani was a partner with Wadia Ghandy & Co.
