Samantha Fernandes

She has advised various banks and financial institutions and leading corporate houses on a wide range of banking and finance transactions including syndicated finance, debt restructuring, NCD issuances, cross-border financing, working capital and corporate loans.

She also has international experience, having worked with Pinsent Masons LLP, Dubai by virtue of her secondment in 2014, during which she had advised major Dubai banks on a number of Islamic Finance transactions.

She had graduated from the Globalaw Leadership Program in 2017 designed by Globalaw.
