He is a member of the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu.

He deals with various important assignments relating to Project Finance, Debt Restructuring, Real Estate and General Corporate matters.

He started his career in Madras High Court. He worked as an Inhouse Counsel in Legal Department of IDBI where he was involved in structuring and advising on Infrastructure Projects.

He joined in 2005 as Partner with India Law Services, a boutique Project Finance Firm which later merged its practices with Link Legal.
