Prasad Dhande

Prasad is a Partner with the firm in its Mumbai office. He was the co-founding Partner of D. H. Law Associates which subsequently merged with Link Legal with effect from 1st January 2017.

He is a member of the Bar Council of Maharastra & Goa.

He regularly involves in a variety of complex matters, right from recovery of huge sums of money claims to arrest of vessels and several matters involving constitutional interpretations. He gives opinions on matters relating to foreign vessels and New York Charter Party.

Also advises, strategizes and successfully handles complex litigation for various clients including multinationals and large Indian corporate houses involving a diverse range of corporate and commercial issues. His extensive experience spans across various courts and tribunals in India which include the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, Securities Appellate Tribunal, etc.

He advises clients on various legal aspects of court-driven merger transactions.

He has extensive experience in handling real estate issues and has advised clients on aspects of acquisition of land, leases for setting up projects, stamp duty issues and related litigation and funding.
