Nitin is a Partner in the New York office of Link Legal. Nitin is multi-jurisdictional lawyer having been admitted to the New York bar, Canadian jurisdictions and India. Nitin is also a registered US Patent Attorney as well as a registered Patent Agent with the Indian Patent Office.
He brings over 20 years of experience in intellectual property, corporate advisory and business immigration. Nitin holds dual Master of Law degrees from University of Warwick, UK and University of New Hampshire, US where he was also a visiting scholar and specialized in intellectual property.
