Ashly Cherian

Ashly has more than a decade of substantial experience in handling disputes concerning constitutional, commercial, insolvency, company law, aviation (including airports), and competition laws and provides advice to the clients of the Firm on all aspects of the same.  She has considerable expertise in shareholders disputes and frequently advises and represents Resolution Professionals, Liquidators, Corporates, Banks and Financial Institutions. She also routinely advises and represents clients in complex matters before the Airports Economic Regulatory Authority Appellate Tribunal and related proceedings before the Supreme Court of India.

Her litigation practice involves representing the firm’s domestic and foreign clients before the Supreme Court, High Court, various benches of the National Company Law Tribunal as well as the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal in a large number of insolvency and company law matters. She also advises and represents clients in complex matters before the Airport Economic Regulatory Authority Appellate Tribunal
