Anuj Trivedi is a Partner with Link Legal and has been a trusted advisor to his clients with over 15 years of extensive experience in Mergers & Acquisition, Private Equity, Corporate Restructuring and General Corporate and Commercial laws with an emphasis on Foreign Investments and Joint Ventures.

He has completed his BA, LLB (Hons.) from National Law Institute University, Bhopal.
Anuj has been actively advising clients on policy changes in the e-commerce sector and investments in the electric vehicles space. His experience spans across various sectors including infrastructure, automobiles, manufacturing, insurance and hospitality.
Anuj has been the primary transaction and corporate advisory support partner for the Firm’s China desk. Anuj is a founding member of Asia Pacific M&A Association and was recently invited to contribute as a guest speaker in a Conference for High Court Justices on Commercial Division and Commercial Appellate Division.
