A law graduate (2012 Batch) from Chanakya National Law University, Patna, Ambuj has extensive experience of over 9 years plus in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, cross-border investments, restructurings of Indian and international conglomerates as well as private equity investments. He also has vast experience in advisory relating to day to day general corporate issues and matters relating to business laws. His articles on complex legal issues are published in reputed journals and online media.

Prior to joining Link Legal, Ambuj has worked with Pioneer Legal and Lodha Group.
