Aditya Bhardwaj

Aditya has close to 15 years of extensive experience in Infrastructure, Project Finance, Structured Funding and Corporate Banking. He has successfully represented and advised on mandates pertaining to Infrastructure advisory & financing, issuance of bonds, acquisition financing, structured finance, general corporate banking and has also handled disputes / litigations in the Infrastructure & Project Finance space.

He has an expertise in advising on lending structures, due diligence of the Project documents and compliances, structuring and review of Financing & Equity/Investments agreements and has extensively worked alongside Government Authorities, Lenders, Developers and Investors.

Prior to joining Link Legal, Aditya was working as Vice President (Legal) with IDFC FIRST Bank for around 9 years, preceded by a stint of close to 4 years with IL&FS-Infrastructure and began his career with Singhania & Partners LLP. He is a member of the Bar Council of Delhi.
