Abhinav advises and represents a large number of domestic and multinational clients in matters before various courts, tribunals and arbitral tribunals. He focuses on construction law disputes and banking regulation.

Abhinav has represented clients before various fora including the Supreme Court of India, High Courts at Delhi, Bombay, Chennai, Meghalaya and Sikkim, as well as the National Company Law Tribunal Delhi, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and before domestic and international arbitral tribunals. He advises and represents some of the largest players in infrastructure sector in their claims arising out of projects such as metro rail, monorail and roads. Amongst others, Abhinav advises and represents the Reserve Bank of India in a large number of matters before the Supreme Court and the High Court of Delhi. He also routinely acts for a leading Indian low-cost carrier across fora.
